Este proyecto tiene como objetivo principal mejorar la capacidad de respuesta y vigilancia de la Polic\u00eda Nacional.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, el ministro Velasco explic\u00f3 que la iniciativa contempla la instalaci\u00f3n de c\u00e1maras de alta resoluci\u00f3n con capacidades avanzadas como la identificaci\u00f3n facial y el reconocimiento de placas vehiculares de hasta 2 o 3 kil\u00f3metros de distancia; tambi\u00e9n, estas c\u00e1maras tendr\u00e1n la capacidad de girar 360 grados, proporcionando una cobertura total y ayudando a la Polic\u00eda en su labor de vigilancia y respuesta r\u00e1pida.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEntendemos que en Neiva y el Huila, se ha generado hechos de delincuencia com\u00fan grav\u00edsimo. El caso del fleteo en donde termin\u00f3 herido un muchacho que acompa\u00f1aba a su padre a retirar un dinero, es muy grave y son hechos recurrentes y no aislados\u201d, declar\u00f3 el ministro.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto contempla una inversi\u00f3n de 20 mil millones de pesos en seguridad y tecnolog\u00eda.
