{"id":73625,"date":"2024-05-31T07:16:50","date_gmt":"2024-05-31T12:16:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=73625"},"modified":"2024-05-31T07:16:50","modified_gmt":"2024-05-31T12:16:50","slug":"programa-para-conservar-la-tradicion-de-las-parteras","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/programa-para-conservar-la-tradicion-de-las-parteras\/","title":{"rendered":"Programa para conservar la tradici\u00f3n de las parteras"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>En el Pac\u00edfico colombiano comenz\u00f3 la tercera fase del programa \u2018Partera Vital 3.0 &#8211; Comunidad Vital\u2019 que se desarrollar\u00e1 en Choc\u00f3, Buenaventura (Valle del Cauca) y Tumaco (Nari\u00f1o), que busca reducir el subregistro en el reporte de nacimientos por medio de esta pr\u00e1ctica ancestral y garantizar los servicios del Estado a los reci\u00e9n nacidos.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>El proyecto es impulsado por el DANE (Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estad\u00edsticas), el Fondo de Poblaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas en Colombia (UNFPA) y las asociaciones de parter\u00eda tradicionales, y cuenta con el apoyo financiero de la Agencia Espa\u00f1ola de Cooperaci\u00f3n Internacional para el Desarrollo.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u201cEn colaboraci\u00f3n con UNFPA realizamos este trabajo articulado para reducir el subregistro en el reporte de nacimientos y disponer de estad\u00edstica oficiales, oportunas y pertinentes, para los territorios, a fin de garantizar la identidad jur\u00eddica, el goce de derechos y el acceso a servicios del Estado de estos reci\u00e9n nacidos\u201d, asegur\u00f3 Piedad Urdinola, directora del DANE.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Por su parte, Luis Mora, Representante Residente de UNFPA en Colombia, destac\u00f3 que \u201cPartera Vital es uno de los proyectos en parter\u00eda tradicional m\u00e1s innovadores no solo en Colombia, sino tambi\u00e9n en el mundo\u201d.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>El proyecto articula la sabidur\u00eda ancestral con los servicios de salud, de estad\u00edstica y de protecci\u00f3n de las mujeres frente a las violencias basadas en g\u00e9nero y pr\u00e1cticas nocivas como la mutilaci\u00f3n genital femenina y las uniones tempranas.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><strong>La importancia de las cifras<\/strong><\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>El Pac\u00edfico colombiano es una regi\u00f3n predominantemente rural, con 90% de poblaci\u00f3n afrocolombiana e ind\u00edgena, con altos \u00edndices de pobreza multidimensional y afectado por el conflicto armado y las econom\u00edas ilegales como el narcotr\u00e1fico y la miner\u00eda ilegal.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>En 2023, mientras la media nacional de mortalidad de nacidos vivos por cada 100 mil habitantes fue de 36,82, en Tumaco fue de 119,8; en Buenaventura de 105,3; y en Choc\u00f3 de 83.4.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>As\u00ed mismo, para ese a\u00f1o, mientras la media nacional en la tasa de fecundidad en ni\u00f1as de 10-14 a\u00f1os fue de 1,64 nacimientos por mil ni\u00f1as, en Choc\u00f3 fue de 2,9; en Tumaco de 3,27, y en Buenaventura de 2,71.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En el Pac\u00edfico colombiano comenz\u00f3 la tercera fase del programa \u2018Partera Vital 3.0 &#8211; Comunidad Vital\u2019 que se desarrollar\u00e1 en Choc\u00f3, Buenaventura (Valle del Cauca) y Tumaco (Nari\u00f1o), que busca reducir el subregistro en el reporte de nacimientos por medio de esta pr\u00e1ctica ancestral y garantizar los servicios del Estado a los reci\u00e9n nacidos.
