{"id":73815,"date":"2024-06-06T07:27:25","date_gmt":"2024-06-06T12:27:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=73815"},"modified":"2024-06-06T07:27:25","modified_gmt":"2024-06-06T12:27:25","slug":"casi-el-30-por-ciento-del-presupuesto-general-de-la-nacion-ha-sido-ejecutado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/casi-el-30-por-ciento-del-presupuesto-general-de-la-nacion-ha-sido-ejecutado\/","title":{"rendered":"Casi el 30 por ciento del Presupuesto General de la Naci\u00f3n ha sido ejecutado"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Gobierno del presidente Gustavo Petro inform\u00f3 que de los 503,2 billones de pesos autorizados por el Congreso de la Rep\u00fablica para su ejecuci\u00f3n en el Presupuesto General de la Naci\u00f3n 2024, a mayo se ha ejecutado el 29,9 por ciento en funcionamiento e inversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed se desprende del informe de gesti\u00f3n presupuestal rendido a mayo del presente a\u00f1o, lo cual ubica al Gobierno del Cambio en el promedio de ejecuci\u00f3n de los \u00faltimos cinco gobiernos en su segundo a\u00f1o de mandato.<\/p>\n<p>\u200bSeg\u00fan el reporte, de 503,2 billones de pesos aprobados por el Congreso de la Rep\u00fablica para su ejecuci\u00f3n, se comprometieron ya 206,5 billones de pesos (41 por ciento del total).<\/p>\n<p>Esta cifra es un 19,5 por ciento m\u00e1s de lo reportado en el mismo per\u00edodo de 2023.<\/p>\n<p>En materia de inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica, las obligaciones alcanzaron 49,9 por ciento del total asignado, que llega a 99,9 billones de pesos.<\/p>\n<p>Esto es 32 por ciento superior al monto comprometido en el mismo per\u00edodo de 2023.<\/p>\n<p>\u200bLos sectores con mayores porcentajes de ejecuci\u00f3n fueron Educaci\u00f3n (38,7 por ciento); Minas y Energ\u00eda (34,6 por ciento); Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda (26,1 por ciento); Salud y Protecci\u00f3n Social (25,2 por ciento); Igualdad y Equidad (24,8 por ciento). Les sigue el Ministerio de Trabajo (21,9 por ciento).<\/p>\n<p>El Director de Presupuesto del Ministerio de Hacienda y Cr\u00e9dito P\u00fablico, Jairo Bautista, inform\u00f3 que la elevada ejecuci\u00f3n del Ministerio de Minas se explica por la entrega de subsidios de energ\u00eda y gas.<\/p>\n<p>\u200bEn funcionamiento del Estado se destinaron 103,6 billones de pesos que corresponden al 33,5 por ciento de lo autorizado (308,8 billones de pesos); este porcentaje es 0,6 por ciento superior al promedio hist\u00f3rico 2000-2023 (32,9 por ciento).<\/p>\n<p>Estos recursos se dirigieron principalmente a: Sistema General de Participaciones (30,2 billones de pesos); Sistema de Pensiones (15,1 billones de pesos); aseguramiento en Salud (15 billones de pesos); y apoyo a la financiaci\u00f3n de Universidades P\u00fablicas (4 billones de pesos).<\/p>\n<p>\u200bCon respecto a la deuda p\u00fablica, hay que destacar que, a corte de mayo, se han pagado 35,7 billones de pesos del servicio de la deuda, cifra que representa un 37,8 por ciento del total programado para la vigencia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Gobierno del presidente Gustavo Petro inform\u00f3 que de los 503,2 billones de pesos autorizados por el Congreso de la Rep\u00fablica para su ejecuci\u00f3n en el Presupuesto General de la Naci\u00f3n 2024, a mayo se ha ejecutado el 29,9 por ciento en funcionamiento e inversi\u00f3n.
