{"id":74444,"date":"2024-06-27T07:44:34","date_gmt":"2024-06-27T12:44:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=74444"},"modified":"2024-06-27T07:44:34","modified_gmt":"2024-06-27T12:44:34","slug":"firmado-decreto-para-industrializar-el-campo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/firmado-decreto-para-industrializar-el-campo\/","title":{"rendered":"Firmado decreto para industrializar el campo"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>El presidente Gustavo Petro y la ministra de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural, Jhenifer Mojica, firmaron el decreto reglamentario de los Territorios Campesinos Agroalimentarios (Tecam).<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Esta normativa representa un avance para la consolidaci\u00f3n de la Reforma Agraria y la base para la agroindustrializaci\u00f3n del campo colombiano.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>El decreto reglamentario de los Tecam est\u00e1 contemplado en el art\u00edculo 359 del Plan Nacional de Desarrollo \u2018Colombia, Potencia Mundial de la Vida\u2019. Su principal objetivo es el reconocimiento de la territorialidad de las comunidades campesinas, as\u00ed como sus saberes, tradiciones y costumbres hist\u00f3ricas sobre la labor agropecuaria para su soberan\u00eda alimentaria.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>El decreto tambi\u00e9n ordena la creaci\u00f3n de un Plan de Vida Digna, que servir\u00e1 como insumo principal para la permanencia de estas poblaciones en los Tecam. Las bases de este plan son el territorio, la superaci\u00f3n de necesidades a mediano plazo y la transformaci\u00f3n de las conflictividades para el desarrollo agropecuario y el avance de la Reforma Rural Integral.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Para llevar a cabo estos planes, el Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural actuar\u00e1 a trav\u00e9s de la Agencia de Desarrollo Rural (ADR), la Unidad de Planificaci\u00f3n Rural Agropecuaria (Upra) y la Agencia Nacional de Tierras (ANT) para su dise\u00f1o, implementaci\u00f3n y medici\u00f3n de impactos.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>La ministra Jhenifer Mojica resalt\u00f3 que \u201ceste es un paso fundamental para el respeto al acceso a la tierra, la Paz Total en los territorios, la agroindustrializaci\u00f3n del campo y la defensa de la soberan\u00eda alimentaria de mujeres, j\u00f3venes y hombres rurales. Felicitaciones a las organizaciones campesinas resistentes en la lucha por la defensa del territorio, de la soberan\u00eda alimentaria y de la agricultura familiar campesina\u201d.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Seg\u00fan el decreto, los Tecam podr\u00e1n constituirse en \u00e1reas donde predomine la econom\u00eda campesina, que sean de especial inter\u00e9s ambiental ecol\u00f3gico (como p\u00e1ramos, ci\u00e9nagas y humedales), y en aquellas donde la consolidaci\u00f3n de estos espacios aporte a la transformaci\u00f3n positiva respecto de conflictos sociales, econ\u00f3micos, ambientales, de uso y ocupaci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El presidente Gustavo Petro y la ministra de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural, Jhenifer Mojica, firmaron el decreto reglamentario de los Territorios Campesinos Agroalimentarios (Tecam).
