{"id":74755,"date":"2024-07-08T04:46:01","date_gmt":"2024-07-08T09:46:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=74755"},"modified":"2024-07-08T04:46:01","modified_gmt":"2024-07-08T09:46:01","slug":"investigacion-por-subsidios-de-leche-en-polvo-importada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/investigacion-por-subsidios-de-leche-en-polvo-importada\/","title":{"rendered":"Investigaci\u00f3n por subsidios de leche en polvo importada"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Gobierno encontr\u00f3 m\u00e9rito suficiente para abrir una investigaci\u00f3n por la importaci\u00f3n de leche en polvo subsidiada desde Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n<p>En el 2023 el Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo inici\u00f3 una evaluaci\u00f3n porque evidenci\u00f3 que hay un aumento considerable y sostenido en la importaci\u00f3n de ese producto desde ese pa\u00eds, en la medida en que avanza el cronograma de desgravaci\u00f3n. En el 2026 este alimento podr\u00e1 ingresar a Colombia desde ese mercado, sin arancel, esto en virtud del Acuerdo Comercial que tienen los dos pa\u00edses vigente desde 2012.<\/p>\n<p>En el proceso de esa evaluaci\u00f3n se encontr\u00f3 que el ingreso a Colombia de leche en polvo subsidiada originaria de Estados Unidos aument\u00f3 en 862 % entre 2012 y 2023, lo que impact\u00f3 la producci\u00f3n colombiana de este alimento que apenas creci\u00f3 8,8 % en el mismo periodo.<\/p>\n<p>Este es un producto esencial en la econom\u00eda campesina de Colombia y hace parte de la base alimentaria de los hogares en todos los eslabones de la cadena.<\/p>\n<p>Precisamente el Gobierno tiene la facultad para expedir normas que regulen el comercio internacional y permitan a la econom\u00eda colombiana superar coyunturas externas, esto en el marco de una norma sobre la aplicaci\u00f3n de derechos compensatorios (Decreto 653 de 2022).<\/p>\n<p>Luis Carlos Reyes Hern\u00e1ndez, ministro de Comercio, Industria y Turismo, record\u00f3 que en el Gobierno del Cambio se promueve e impulsa un comercio justo y equilibrado, la producci\u00f3n nacional de bienes con valor agregado, la inversi\u00f3n y los encadenamientos productivos.<\/p>\n<p>El Ministerio espera completar el proceso dentro de un marco de tiempo razonable y proporcionar\u00e1 actualizaciones
