individuo que se la velaba al comercio neivano"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Resultado de un trabajo articulado de nuestro GAULA Polic\u00eda, GAULA Ej\u00e9rcito y la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n, se logra la captura de un hombre de 31 a\u00f1os de edad conocido \u201cCarmona\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Este hombre fue capturado en flagrancia por el delito extorsi\u00f3n, en momentos en los cuales se encontraba realizando, a trav\u00e9s de acciones intimidatorias, exigencias econ\u00f3micas a m\u00e1s de 20 comerciantes de la zona c\u00e9ntrica de la ciudad de Neiva.<\/p>\n<p>Para ello, tomaba fotografias del establecimiento, las cuales enviaba a traves de mensajes de whatsapp, realizando llamadas telef\u00f3nicas en las que se identificaba como integrante de un grupo armado organizado ilegal que delinque en la jurisdicci\u00f3n, generando zozobra y temor ante sus v\u00edctimas, a las cuales solicitaba entre 2 y 3 millones de pesos para no afectar la integridad de sus empleados y su negocio, pretendiendo recolectar m\u00e1s de 60 millones de pesos en esta actividad ilegal.<\/p>\n<p>Es necesario indicar que el capturado, hace aproximadamente 2 semanas, hab\u00eda salido de la c\u00e1rcel de m\u00e1xima seguridad de Palogordo, en Gir\u00f3n Santander, despu\u00e9s de cumplir una sentencia condenatoria de 16 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n por el delito de Extorsi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed mismo, esta persona esta vinculada, de acuerdo al acervo probatorio recolectado por los investigadores del GAULA, en otros hechos delictivos de la misma naturaleza, sucedidos en el corregimiento el Juncal y en el municipio de Campoalegre, donde presuntamente, estar\u00eda realizando amenazas y exigencias econ\u00f3micas a docentes y estudiantes de citado lugar.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez dejado a disposici\u00f3n, un juez de control de garant\u00edas, determin\u00f3 cobijarlo con medida de aseguramiento intramural, por este
