Si hacemos un pacto pol\u00edtico, que vengo proponi\u00e9ndolo, un Acuerdo Nacional\u201d, que tambi\u00e9n se debe extender al pueblo.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>As\u00ed lo plante\u00f3 este s\u00e1bado el presidente Gustavo Petro Urrego, durante la instalaci\u00f3n de las sesiones ordinarias del Congreso de la Rep\u00fablica para el periodo 2024-2025.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>En su intervenci\u00f3n, el mandatario consider\u00f3 que \u201cno es un acuerdo para ver c\u00f3mo se detienen las reformas del Gobierno\u201d, que se est\u00e1 demostrando que sirven.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u201cEl pacto pol\u00edtico que yo les propongo es para que acordemos la reformas. No es para quedarnos quietos en el statu quo, porque ese statu quo que nos trajo hasta aqu\u00ed nos condujo a ser la sociedad m\u00e1s desigual del planeta Tierra. Apost\u00e9mosle a la tarea de concertar los cambios y no los anticambios\u201d, recalc\u00f3.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Y reiter\u00f3: \u201c\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 no nos sentamos a hablar de c\u00f3mo hacer una reforma agraria seria en Colombia, qu\u00e9 normas usar, qu\u00e9 contenciones tener, si se quiere, pero hacerla?\u201d.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u201c\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 no logramos que este Congreso de la Rep\u00fablica, con este Gobierno, pasen a la historia como aquellos de hace tiempo, y podamos anunciarle al pa\u00eds que, de verdad, vamos a cumplir el Acuerdo de Paz y que vamos a crear las normas que permitan que 3 millones de hect\u00e1reas f\u00e9rtiles \u2013deber\u00edan ser 15\u2013 puedan pasar a los campesinos y campesinas de este pa\u00eds? Eso es un Acuerdo Nacional\u201d, insisti\u00f3.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Indic\u00f3 que el Congreso podr\u00eda ser un escenario para el Acuerdo Nacional, pero tambi\u00e9n debe incluir a \u201clas fuerzas de la sociedad que est\u00e1n fuera del Congreso y a las fuerzas pol\u00edticas que est\u00e1n tambi\u00e9n fuera del Congreso\u201d.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u201c\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 no asumimos la audacia de un acuerdo pol\u00edtico nacional para transformar a Colombia en el sentido de la paz, de la democracia y de la justicia social?\u201d, dijo.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que \u201cnosotros nunca nos hemos negado a un di\u00e1logo con parlamentarios, y hasta nos sacrifican en la prensa por hacerlo, pero ese hablar con los parlamentarios debe ser eficaz\u201d.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u201cYo les propongo hablar, dialogar, sentarnos a discutir los argumentos, como buenos parlamentarios que son y que yo fui. Tienen un presidente que fue parlamentario y que sabe qu\u00e9 es el parlamento, el Congreso de Colombia\u201d, sostuvo el presidente Petro.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Puntualiz\u00f3 que el Congreso es el espacio en el que \u201cvenimos a hablar y a usar el cerebro para argumentar y, donde ese argumento, transparente, sin c\u00e1lculo, pueda llevarnos realmente a las verdaderas reformas que necesita Colombia, a la posibilidad de que esos territorios excluidos dejen de ser excluidos y sean pr\u00f3speros, a la posibilidad de que este Pa\u00eds de la Belleza sea una potencia tur\u00edstica y, como dijimos en nuestra campa\u00f1a, que Colombia, en vez de ser el lugar de la muerte, pueda ser el lugar de una Colombia potencia mundial de la
