{"id":75460,"date":"2024-07-30T07:27:45","date_gmt":"2024-07-30T12:27:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=75460"},"modified":"2024-07-30T07:27:45","modified_gmt":"2024-07-30T12:27:45","slug":"reduccion-de-la-tarifa-en-el-servicio-de-aseo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/reduccion-de-la-tarifa-en-el-servicio-de-aseo\/","title":{"rendered":"Reducci\u00f3n de la tarifa en el servicio de aseo"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>Desde agosto, cerca de 11 millones de hogares en el pa\u00eds se beneficiar\u00e1n con la disminuci\u00f3n de la tarifa de aseo, gracias a la\u00a0Resoluci\u00f3n 1000 de 2024\u00a0de la Comisi\u00f3n de Regulaci\u00f3n de Agua Potable y Saneamiento B\u00e1sico (CRA), firmada el pasado 12 de julio y publicada en el Diario Oficial.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Se trata de la aplicaci\u00f3n del denominado Factor de Productividad en las tarifas, que, de acuerdo con Ruth Quevedo, directora ejecutiva de la Comisi\u00f3n, es \u201cun principio sencillo que ordena trasladar a los usuarios, v\u00eda tarifa, los aumentos en la productividad y la mayor eficiencia de las empresas\u201d.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Seg\u00fan se explic\u00f3, desde 2019, se debi\u00f3 reconocer la productividad, de acuerdo con el marco regulatorio, pero solo hasta ahora tendr\u00e1 un impacto visible para los usuarios.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Esto por cuanto la cifra establecida para 2019 fue muy baja (0,072%) y en 2020 no se le reconoci\u00f3 productividad al sector, argumentando el contexto de pandemia, algo que se repiti\u00f3 en 2021.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Sin embargo, el Gobierno defini\u00f3 el Factor de Productividad de 2024 en 2,18. Es la primera vez que se logra medir este indicador con informaci\u00f3n propia del sector, para lo cual se cont\u00f3 con datos correspondientes a los a\u00f1os 2021 y 2022.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><strong>Ganancias compartidas<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>La CRA precisa que la tarifa de los suscriptores bajar\u00e1 dependiendo del estrato y el municipio o ciudad en donde se encuentren ubicados los usuarios.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>De acuerdo con la comisionada Quevedo \u201ces una norma que implica un \u2018gana \u2013 gana\u2019, pues hace justicia con los usuarios y tambi\u00e9n estimula a las empresas prestadoras del servicio a ser m\u00e1s productivas y eficientes, con lo cual tambi\u00e9n resultan impl\u00edcitamente beneficiadas\u201d.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Agreg\u00f3 que las empresas se quedan con el 50% de ese reconocimiento de eficiencia y, por otro lado, los usuarios se quedan con el otro 50%, que se refleja en la disminuci\u00f3n de la tarifa.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>El beneficio tambi\u00e9n impactar\u00e1 las entidades territoriales, al disminuir la carga fiscal para pagar subsidios. Con la reducci\u00f3n de la tarifa, esos dineros destinados a subsidios para estratos 1, 2 y 3 podr\u00e1n ser menores.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>En este sentido, las entidades territoriales podr\u00e1n tener un alivio de aproximadamente entre 7 y 14 mil millones de pesos en un a\u00f1o tarifario.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ya est\u00e1 vigente la
