{"id":75463,"date":"2024-07-30T07:31:23","date_gmt":"2024-07-30T12:31:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=75463"},"modified":"2024-07-30T07:31:23","modified_gmt":"2024-07-30T12:31:23","slug":"gobierno-y-su-proyecto-de-presupuesto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/gobierno-y-su-proyecto-de-presupuesto\/","title":{"rendered":"Gobierno y su proyecto de presupuesto"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>El Ministerio de Hacienda y Cr\u00e9dito P\u00fablico radic\u00f3 este lunes ante el Congreso de la Rep\u00fablica el proyecto de Presupuesto General de la Naci\u00f3n para 2025, por un monto total de $523 billones, que representan 29,4% del PIB nacional.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>El proyecto \u2018Reactivaci\u00f3n Econ\u00f3mica con Justicia Social y Justicia Ambiental\u2019 tiene un aforo superior en $20,41 billones (3,29%) al presupuesto aprobado para 2024 que ascendi\u00f3 a $502,59 billones.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>De acuerdo con la cartera de Hacienda, del total proyectado para el a\u00f1o entrante, $511 billones est\u00e1n financiados, pero $12 billones son contingentes y est\u00e1n sujetos al proyecto de Ley de Financiamiento (reforma tributaria) que el Ejecutivo presentar\u00e1 a consideraci\u00f3n del Legislativo en las pr\u00f3ximas semanas.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>El Ministerio de Hacienda inform\u00f3 que, con este monto proyectado para el a\u00f1o entrante, se aspira avanzar en las metas sociales del Plan Nacional de Desarrollo 2022 \u2013 2026 \u2018Colombia Potencia Mundial de la Vida\u2019 \u201cpara superar la pobreza y la desigualdad, y cumplir con el servicio de la deuda previsto\u201d.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>El proyecto de presupuesto \u201creconoce las condiciones econ\u00f3micas del pa\u00eds, el nivel de pobreza y desigualdad y la exposici\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica sobre ciertas bonanzas sectoriales, que invitan a promover cambios en la estructura productiva del pa\u00eds. Sin embargo, no hay duda de que la deuda, junto a las otras deudas sectoriales heredadas, restringen la inversi\u00f3n social\u201d, se\u00f1ala la cartera de Hacienda.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Al respecto, el Gobierno del Cambio asegura que \u201cafronta importantes limitaciones en el espacio fiscal, lo que dificulta el aumento de la inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica requerida para elevar la productividad y el PIB potencial\u201d, pero reitera \u201cla necesidad de mantener la deuda p\u00fablica y el d\u00e9ficit fiscal en una trayectoria sostenible\u201d.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>El Ministerio de Hacienda destaca que este proyecto de presupuesto es \u201cconsistente con la normatividad fiscal vigente y cumple con los compromisos crediticios contratados por Colombia\u201d, y \u201cresponsable con la sostenibilidad fiscal y garantiza que los recursos p\u00fablicos ser\u00e1n asignados buscando inclusi\u00f3n social y fortalecimiento de la estructura productiva del
