de extorsi\u00f3n con circunstancias de agravaci\u00f3n punitiva en modalidad tentativa y en concurso heterog\u00e9neo.<\/p>\n<p>Es as\u00ed como uniformados del Grupo GAULA en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Seccional de Inteligencia Policial y la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n, llegan hasta el barrio Tierra de Promisi\u00f3n, donde logran la captura por orden judicial de Gelver Mart\u00edn Quintero Losada de 28 a\u00f1os de edad.<\/p>\n<p>Es de anotar que \u00abGelver Mart\u00edn\u00bb estar\u00eda vinculado a la incineraci\u00f3n de una m\u00e1quina amarilla (retroexcavadora), el pasado 28 de septiembre del a\u00f1o 2023, en un municipio del Huila, esto con el fin de realizar las exigencias econ\u00f3micas a la empresa.<\/p>\n<p>Esta persona por medio de llamadas telef\u00f3nicas, amenazaba a sus v\u00edctimas, identific\u00e1ndose como miembro del \u201cfrente Ismael Ru\u00edz\u201d, manifestando que atentar\u00eda contra infraestructura, veh\u00edculos e
