{"id":75768,"date":"2024-08-08T14:00:33","date_gmt":"2024-08-08T19:00:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=75768"},"modified":"2024-08-08T11:21:55","modified_gmt":"2024-08-08T16:21:55","slug":"nuevos-retrasos-en-el-pae","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/nuevos-retrasos-en-el-pae\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfNuevos retrasos en el PAE?"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>La Procuradur\u00eda advirti\u00f3 que 428.562 estudiantes de los departamentos de Cauca, C\u00f3rdoba, Magdalena y el municipio de Valledupar est\u00e1n siendo\u00a0<b>afectados por retrasos en la operaci\u00f3n del Programa de Alimentaci\u00f3n Escolar-PAE<\/b>-.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Seg\u00fan un informe emitido por la Unidad Alimentos para Aprender-UApA- con corte al 22 de julio de 2024, las autoridades en estas zonas del pa\u00eds\u00a0<b>no han logrado contratar el programa para el segundo semestre<\/b>\u00a0del presente a\u00f1o debido a demoras en la aprobaci\u00f3n de los proyectos por parte de los OCAD departamentales, pues\u00a0<b>esperan financiar el servicio con recursos de regal\u00edas.<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>El ente de control advierte que esta situaci\u00f3n, particularmente en el caso de Magdalena, es bastante preocupante dado que,\u00a0<b>por tercer a\u00f1o consecutivo, esta entidad presenta inconvenientes en la operaci\u00f3n del PAE\u00a0<\/b>afectando a 28 municipios del departamento y sin que las acciones emprendidas por la administraci\u00f3n sean eficientes.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>As\u00ed mismo, el ente de control llam\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n a los municipios de Sahag\u00fan, Monter\u00eda y Pasto como tambi\u00e9n a los departamentos de Quind\u00edo, Choc\u00f3, Casanare y Antioquia, este \u00faltimo en 5 de sus municipios, pues\u00a0<b>no cuentan con garant\u00edas para prestar el servicio por todo el calendario escolar\u00a0<\/b>y los contratos en curso est\u00e1n pr\u00f3ximos a culminar.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Estos hechos llevaron al Ministerio P\u00fablico a solicitar\u00a0<b>informaci\u00f3n sobre las razones administrativas, jur\u00eddicas, t\u00e9cnicas y operativas<\/b>\u00a0por las cuales no se adelantaron oportunamente los tr\u00e1mites administrativos y presupuestales requeridos para evitar la suspensi\u00f3n del servicio del PAE y por qu\u00e9 no se suscribieron los contratos necesarios para el cubrimiento de todo el calendario acad\u00e9mico.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Magdalena, Cauca, C\u00f3rdoba y Valledupar estar\u00edan incumpliendo con la prestaci\u00f3n del servicio.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":75769,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-75768","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-columnistas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.6 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>\u00bfNuevos retrasos en el PAE?
