Este actuar, en contrav\u00eda\u00a0de los protocolos que regulan el uso y manejo de las medidas de prevenci\u00f3n y protecci\u00f3n asignadas a personas en situaci\u00f3n de riesgo.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Los investigados utilizaron el veh\u00edculo de placas IFR 763, asignado para el esquema del protegido,\u00a0para hacer diligencias del beneficiario y una diligencia personal del investigado Hern\u00e1ndez Gil. El ente de control encontr\u00f3 que,\u00a0no es permitido transportar a personas no cobijadas con la medida de protecci\u00f3n\u00a0y tampoco movilizarse en el autom\u00f3vil para hacer diligencias sin la presencia del beneficiario del programa.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Para el caso del disciplinado S\u00e1nchez Zabala se le acusa haber entregado el referido veh\u00edculo, el cual estaba bajo su responsabilidad, al escolta Hern\u00e1ndez Gil para que \u00e9ste hiciera las diligencias mencionadas. De esta manera,\u00a0falt\u00f3 as\u00ed a las reglas que le imped\u00edan destinar o movilizar el automotor para fines ajenos\u00a0al esquema de protecci\u00f3n del beneficiario.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Por lo anterior, el ente de control calific\u00f3 provisionalmente la conducta asumida por los investigados como falta grave a t\u00edtulo de dolo
