{"id":75970,"date":"2024-08-14T05:24:48","date_gmt":"2024-08-14T10:24:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=75970"},"modified":"2024-08-14T05:24:48","modified_gmt":"2024-08-14T10:24:48","slug":"garzon-y-su-apuesta-hacia-la-vivienda-rural","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/garzon-y-su-apuesta-hacia-la-vivienda-rural\/","title":{"rendered":"Garz\u00f3n y su apuesta hacia la vivienda rural"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A buen ritmo se desarrolla la construcci\u00f3n de cuatro nuevas viviendas de las que se beneficiar\u00e1n igual n\u00famero de familias habitantes de la zona rural del municipio de Garz\u00f3n, gracias a la gesti\u00f3n adelantada por el alcalde Francisco Calder\u00f3n Feriz, quien logr\u00f3 que el Fondo Nacional de Vivienda \u2013 FONVIVIENDA, asignara estos nuevos subsidios de vivienda rural.<\/p>\n<p>Las viviendas que actualmente se vienen construyendo en la vereda Santa Marta y los centros poblados de Majo y Zuluaga, comprenden un \u00e1rea total construida de 62.35 m\u00b2 y constan de sala, comedor, cocina, estufa ecol\u00f3gica, tres habitaciones, cuarto de herramientas y zona de lavado. Adem\u00e1s, cuentan con proyecci\u00f3n de espacio para una cuarta habitaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Cada uno de estos cuatro subsidios en la modalidad de vivienda nueva en especie rural, tienen un valor de $83.538.000 para un total de $334.152.000.<\/p>\n<p>Estas soluciones de vivienda, se sumar\u00e1n a las ya construidas y entregadas a sus beneficiarios en las veredas Las Delicias y Santa Marta, logrando as\u00ed avanzar satisfactoriamente en la ejecuci\u00f3n del Plan de Desarrollo Municipal propuesto por la actual administraci\u00f3n en cabeza de Calder\u00f3n Feriz, quien ha dejado en evidencia su pol\u00edtica de resultados.<\/p>\n<p>El alcalde de Garz\u00f3n y todo su equipo de trabajo, continuar\u00e1n ejecutando acciones que permitan que familias garzone\u00f1as tanto de la zona urbana, como de la zona rural, materialicen su sue\u00f1o de tener vivienda propia; es por eso que pr\u00f3ximamente iniciar\u00e1 la construcci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s viviendas en las veredas Las
