{"id":75977,"date":"2024-08-14T05:32:57","date_gmt":"2024-08-14T10:32:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=75977"},"modified":"2024-08-14T05:32:57","modified_gmt":"2024-08-14T10:32:57","slug":"memorando-sobre-empresas-y-derechos-humanos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/memorando-sobre-empresas-y-derechos-humanos\/","title":{"rendered":"Memorando sobre empresas y derechos humanos"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>El Gobierno del Cambio present\u00f3 a la sociedad colombiana el Memorando de Pol\u00edtica P\u00fablica sobre Empresas y Derechos Humanos (Enlace), con el prop\u00f3sito de ofrecer recomendaciones pr\u00e1cticas y estrat\u00e9gicas para abordar la problem\u00e1tica sobre el cumplimiento de estos principios en las empresas.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>La Consejera Presidencial para los Derechos Humanos y el Derecho Internacional Humanitario, Lourdes Castro Garc\u00eda, dijo que el memorando busca \u201cresponder a todos los obst\u00e1culos para el respeto y protecci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos que se presentan en la gesti\u00f3n de las empresas\u201d.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Agreg\u00f3 que el memorando tiene que ver \u201ccon las garant\u00edas laborales, garant\u00edas a la vida, con el derecho a la movilizaci\u00f3n, el derecho a la sindicalizaci\u00f3n, el derecho a la protesta social\u201d.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>El memorando de pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica fue socializado y discutido durante el primer semestre de 2024 con las instituciones que conforman el Gobierno Nacional, incluyendo reuniones bilaterales con ministros y viceministros de \u00e1reas estrat\u00e9gicas.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Asimismo, ha sido presentado a la Comisi\u00f3n Intersectorial para los Derechos Humanos y el DIH, que debe promover la cooperaci\u00f3n entre el Estado y los particulares para fortalecer la promoci\u00f3n y el respeto de los Derechos Humanos y la aplicaci\u00f3n del Derecho Internacional Humanitario.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Seg\u00fan la presentaci\u00f3n del memorando en la p\u00e1gina web de la Consejer\u00eda, \u201clas empresas deben jugar un papel crucial en la generaci\u00f3n de empleo, la creaci\u00f3n de riqueza, el bienestar social y la protecci\u00f3n al medio ambiente. Contribuyen significativamente al impulso de la econom\u00eda nacional y a la reducci\u00f3n de la pobreza\u201d.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>El documento indica que \u201ccuando las actividades empresariales no respetan los derechos humanos pueden generar graves impactos negativos que afectan tanto a la sociedad en su conjunto como a individuos y comunidades
