llam\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n a la Canciller\u00eda para que garantice y mejore la calidad de la prestaci\u00f3n del servicio.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>En sus acciones preventivas, el ente de control, en mesas de trabajo inst\u00f3 al Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores a replantear el modelo actual de agendamiento de citas, que sigue presentando innumerables quejas por parte de los usuarios con situaciones como indisponibilidad del portal, los horarios limitados y hasta la aparici\u00f3n de tramitadores ajenos a la entidad.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>Fue as\u00ed como la Procuradur\u00eda Segunda Delegada para la Vigilancia de la Funci\u00f3n P\u00fablica sugiri\u00f3 que analizaran cambios o nuevas franjas en los horarios de activaci\u00f3n del portal de agendamiento facilitando el acceso a los ciudadanos y evitando la congesti\u00f3n y saturaci\u00f3n del tr\u00e1mite.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>En el mismo sentido, el Ministerio P\u00fablico, requiri\u00f3 informaci\u00f3n sobre la gesti\u00f3n de la Canciller\u00eda en supervisi\u00f3n del tr\u00e1mite en las regiones en donde tambi\u00e9n las quejas y reclamos son innumerables.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>Ante el llamado de atenci\u00f3n de la Procuradur\u00eda, la Direcci\u00f3n de Asuntos Migratorios, Consulares y Servicio al Ciudadano, analiza las recomendaciones y emprendi\u00f3 el desarrollo de un nuevo sistema para el agendamiento de los pasaportes en las sedes de Bogot\u00e1, el cual contempla validaci\u00f3n de datos con el servicio de la Registradur\u00eda\u00a0 \u00a0y la optimizaci\u00f3n en el proceso de selecci\u00f3n de las citas, entre otras mejoras.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Debido a las constantes
