En julio de este a\u00f1o,&nbsp;<strong>reconoci\u00f3, por primera vez, su responsabilidad ante la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bluradio.com\/noticias\/jep\">JEP&nbsp;<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Uno de los hechos m\u00e1s trascendentales fue el homicidio de Daniel Torres y su hijo Roque Julio, de 16 a\u00f1os,<\/strong>&nbsp;quienes fueron asesinados en Casanare en el 2007 y presentados falsamente como guerrilleros del&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bluradio.com\/noticias\/eln\">ELN&nbsp;<\/a><\/strong>dados de baja en combate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La nueva pol\u00e9mica surge porque el pasado martes el general\u00a0<strong>Escalante dict\u00f3 un seminario sobre los Derechos Humanos y el Derecho Internacional Humanitario a un grupo de oficiales del Ej\u00e9rcito<\/strong>.
