Lo que existe es una actividad irregular que ya est\u00e1 bajo investigaci\u00f3n\u00bb, afirm\u00f3 este domingo el presidente Gustavo Petro en su cuenta de X, donde poste\u00f3 un\u00a0comunicado de prensa de Ecopetrol, en el que esta empresa dio un parte de confianza al pa\u00eds sobre la disponibilidad de combustibles y garantiz\u00f3 su abastecimiento, incluido el que se requiere para el transporte a\u00e9reo.<\/p>\n<p>Ecopetrol se refiri\u00f3 al tema luego de anunciar la recuperaci\u00f3n de la producci\u00f3n y la estabilidad de las 35 unidades operativas de la Refiner\u00eda de Cartagena, una vez restablecida la contingencia que se present\u00f3 hace 10 d\u00edas por una falla el\u00e9ctrica, y tras el arranque secuencial de dichas unidades de proceso el pasado 18 de agosto.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDesde entonces, indic\u00f3 la empresa, Ecopetrol activ\u00f3 un plan de trabajo para garantizar el suministro de combustibles a todos los segmentos del mercado y asegurar el abastecimiento de productos como gasolina, di\u00e9sel y jet de aviaci\u00f3n, entre otros\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que para asegurar la disponibilidad durante los pr\u00f3ximos meses, Ecopetrol tom\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n de importar 100.000 barriles de combustible de aviaci\u00f3n, que estar\u00e1n llegando al pa\u00eds el pr\u00f3ximo fin de semana.<\/p>\n<p>Con esta medida se proyecta al cierre de agosto un cumplimiento del m\u00ednimo legal establecido del 95% en el suministro de jet, incluida la producci\u00f3n de las refiner\u00edas de Cartagena y Barrancabermeja.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEn estos momentos la operaci\u00f3n de la Refiner\u00eda de Cartagena se desarrolla de acuerdo con el programa de producci\u00f3n establecido para cumplir con las entregas de los combustibles e insumos que requiere el pa\u00eds\u00bb, sostuvo la petrolera.<\/p>\n<p>La Refiner\u00eda de Cartagena en sus condiciones normales de operaci\u00f3n produce en promedio 99.000 barriles por d\u00eda de di\u00e9sel, 38.000 barriles diarios de gasolina regular y extra, 13.000 barriles d\u00eda de combustible jet, 33.000 barriles de nafta, 2.700 barriles de Gas Licuado de Petr\u00f3leo (GLP), 3.200 barriles de propileno, 3.500 barriles de arotar, 2.800 toneladas por d\u00eda de coque y 180 toneladas diarias de azufre.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cNo hay escasez de combustible para avi\u00f3n.
