La Oficina para la Gesti\u00f3n del Riesgo de Desastres de la Gobernaci\u00f3n del Huila informa que, durante esta segunda temporada de menos lluvias, se han consolidado un total de 143 situaciones de emergencia relacionadas con incendios en la cobertura vegetal, afectando a 20 municipios del departamento, principalmente en la zona norte.<\/p>\n

Hasta la fecha, estos eventos han dejado un saldo de 1,365 hect\u00e1reas afectadas. En respuesta a esta alarmante situaci\u00f3n, hacemos un llamado a intensificar las acciones de monitoreo y prevenci\u00f3n en los municipios vulnerables, con el fin de mitigar el impacto de estos incendios.<\/p>\n

Los municipios que registran la mayor cantidad de hect\u00e1reas afectadas por incendios en cultivos, pasto y rastrojo durante esta segunda temporada de menos lluvias son:<\/p>\n

Palermo, con 26 eventos que han afectado un total de 555 hect\u00e1reas.
\nAipe, con 18 eventos que han afectado 245.5 hect\u00e1reas.
\nNeiva, con 41 eventos que han afectado 134.2 hect\u00e1reas.
\nRivera, con 9 eventos que han afectado 66 hect\u00e1reas.
\nTello, con 13 eventos que han afectado 6 hect\u00e1reas.<\/p>\n

Orlando Garz\u00f3n, profesional de la Oficina para la Gesti\u00f3n del Riesgo de Desastres, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la mayor\u00eda de los incendios han sido ocasionados por la intervenci\u00f3n humana. \u00abLas quemas controladas, paseos de olla, salidas al campo abierto, y la negligencia al no apagar fogatas son las principales causas que, sumadas a las altas temperaturas y vientos, han generado estas afectaciones\u00bb, afirm\u00f3 Garz\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
