{"id":76631,"date":"2024-09-03T13:53:32","date_gmt":"2024-09-03T18:53:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=76631"},"modified":"2024-09-03T13:53:32","modified_gmt":"2024-09-03T18:53:32","slug":"gobierno-y-sus-medidas-frente-al-paro-camionero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/gobierno-y-sus-medidas-frente-al-paro-camionero\/","title":{"rendered":"Gobierno y sus medidas frente al paro camionero"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>A partir de este martes, el Gobierno adoptar\u00e1 \u201clas medidas adecuadas\u201d para afrontar un posible \u201cLock out: un paro empresarial\u201d de los transportadores de carga, seg\u00fan lo asegur\u00f3 el presidente Gustavo Petro en su cuenta oficial de la red social X\u200b, en la que, adem\u00e1s, advirti\u00f3 que \u201cel pa\u00eds no se dejar\u00e1 bloquear\u201d.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>El mandatario explic\u00f3 en su trino que el alza de $1.904 en el precio del di\u00e9sel \u201ces justa, porque solo se est\u00e1 recuperando el dinero de un subsidio que nunca se debi\u00f3 haber dado y que ya suma una gran fracci\u00f3n de la deuda p\u00fablica de Colombia\u201d, y a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que dar comida a la gente con hambre y educaci\u00f3n a nuestra ni\u00f1ez y juventud, \u201cnos obliga a equiparar los precios del di\u00e9sel\u201d.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Por su parte, el ministro de Hacienda, Ricardo Bonilla Gonz\u00e1lez, explic\u00f3, en declaraciones radiales, que el nuevo precio del Acpm se debe a que ese combustible ha estado congelado por m\u00e1s de 56 meses, incluso desde antes de la pandemia.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u201cEse congelamiento significa hoy un bill\u00f3n de pesos mensual que nos cobra Ecopetrol, porque se est\u00e1 vendiendo en las estaciones de servicio a un precio por debajo del precio al que factura Ecopetrol este combustible\u201d, asegur\u00f3 el jefe de la cartera de Hacienda.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Agreg\u00f3 que, por cuenta de este subsidio al di\u00e9sel, el Gobierno del Cambio ha pagado a Ecopetrol $56 billones, y este a\u00f1o hay que pagarle a la estatal petrolera otros $12 billones por el mismo concepto.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u201cEso es mucho m\u00e1s de lo que tenemos que pagar al Fondo Monetario Internacional por el cr\u00e9dito que le hizo al pa\u00eds en 2020 por efecto pandemia. Entonces, bajo esas condiciones, es insostenible mantener esta carga\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Record\u00f3 el ministro que con los gremios de transporte de carga se realizaron 14 mesas de trabajo y se abordaron diferentes temas pero que \u201ccada vez que llegamos al tema del ajuste, entonces ellos (los transportadores) dicen: \u2018no, no podemos ajustar el precio\u2019, pero es imposible mantenerlo congelado\u201d.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Y agreg\u00f3 que esta misma decisi\u00f3n ya se hab\u00eda tomado con la gasolina, que tambi\u00e9n estuvo congelada desde enero de 2020, y quedaba pendiente el ajuste del Acpm.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u201cYa la gasolina est\u00e1 al precio internacional, la terminamos de ajustar, nos cost\u00f3 dos puntos de la inflaci\u00f3n. La sugerencia de hacer este incremento del di\u00e9sel en una cifra alta y no como la gasolina, fue de los mismos gremios del transporte porque de hacerlo de forma escalonada no podr\u00edan ajustar los fletes todos los meses\u201d, explic\u00f3 Bonilla Gonz\u00e1lez.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Agreg\u00f3 que, al hacerse en tres ajustes, implica un ajuste autom\u00e1tico de los fletes, como ya
