El trabajo investigativo de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n y Dijin &#8211; Gesin de la Polic\u00eda Nacional, con apoyo de la Armada Nacional y la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Ecuador, permiti\u00f3 <strong>identificar a todos los integrantes de esta estructura, que tendr\u00eda nexos con el Grupo Armado Organizado Residual <\/strong>(Gaor) Oliver Sinisterra y otras organizaciones narcotraficantes que delinquen en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En diligencias judiciales realizadas en<strong>\u00a0Cali (Valle del Cauca), Tumaco y El Charco (Nari\u00f1o)<\/strong>, fueron capturadas 10 personas. Durante los procedimientos a dos inmuebles ubicados en el norte de\u00a0<strong>Cali, donde resid\u00eda y fue ubicado el presunto cabecilla, Lucio Burbano Portilla<\/strong>, fueron incautados algo m\u00e1s de\u00a0<strong>8.500 millones de pesos en efectivo, 3.700 d\u00f3lares, 11 relojes lujosos<\/strong>, armas de fuego, documentaci\u00f3n con informaci\u00f3n privilegiada sobre actividades judiciales y de la fuerza p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El dinero encontrado estaba en cajas y, de acuerdo con las investigaciones, corresponder\u00eda a los pagos recibidos por el env\u00edo de droga a pa\u00edses de Centroam\u00e9rica y Estados Unidos.\u00a0<strong>Las 10 personas capturadas en Colombia fueron presentadas ante un juez de control de garant\u00edas de Cali<\/strong>. Un fiscal de la Direcci\u00f3n Especializada contra las Organizaciones Criminales les imput\u00f3 diferentes delitos, seg\u00fan su nivel de responsabilidad, como: concierto para delinquir, tr\u00e1fico, fabricaci\u00f3n o porte de estupefacientes; y lavado de activos.
