De la Cruz est\u00e1 acusado de concierto para delinquir y tr\u00e1fico de drogas, seg\u00fan una solicitud del Gobierno estadounidense.<\/p>\n<p>El tribunal confirm\u00f3 que la solicitud de extradici\u00f3n cumple con las exigencias legales y constitucionales.
