{"id":77294,"date":"2024-09-25T04:55:38","date_gmt":"2024-09-25T09:55:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=77294"},"modified":"2024-09-25T04:55:38","modified_gmt":"2024-09-25T09:55:38","slug":"presupuesto-general-se-aprueba-por-decreto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/presupuesto-general-se-aprueba-por-decreto\/","title":{"rendered":"Presupuesto general se aprueba por decreto"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>El gobierno expedir\u00e1 por decreto el presupuesto General de la Naci\u00f3n para 2025, luego de que fracasara el intento de acuerdo en las comisiones econ\u00f3micas conjuntas de Senado y C\u00e1mara.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>En su cuenta de la\u00a0red social X, el presidente Gustavo Petro escribi\u00f3: \u201cSe decreta el presupuesto que el Gobierno inicialmente present\u00f3 al Congreso\u201d.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>En otro trino, el mandatario\u00a0agreg\u00f3: \u201cCreo que m\u00e1s grave que las comisiones econ\u00f3micas del Senado no aprueben el presupuesto, es que la Comisi\u00f3n Interparlamentaria de Cr\u00e9dito P\u00fablico no apruebe los pagos de la deuda externa del pa\u00eds mediante la t\u00e1ctica de la inasistencia. Eso lleva a un default artificial, a encarecer la deuda y a una p\u00e9rdida fiscal incuantificable\u201d.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Por su parte, el ministro de Hacienda y Cr\u00e9dito P\u00fablico, Ricardo Bonilla Gonz\u00e1lez, dijo al t\u00e9rmino de la sesi\u00f3n de este martes en las comisiones terceras conjuntas de C\u00e1mara y Senado, que \u201cel Presupuesto General de la Naci\u00f3n para 2025 saldr\u00e1 por decreto seg\u00fan lo que present\u00f3 el Gobierno (en el proyecto de ley): $523 billones\u201d.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Seg\u00fan el ministro, lo que dice la normatividad es que \u201cdado que no se hizo debate en primera vuelta, no hay ajustes al proyecto radicado por el Gobierno, el que sale por decreto es el proyecto radicado\u201d, es decir, los $523 billones.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>A su vez, el director del Departamento Nacional de Planeaci\u00f3n, Alexander L\u00f3pez Maya, asegur\u00f3 que \u201cesta es la primera vez en la historia que un Congreso toma una \u2018no decisi\u00f3n\u2019, cuando la Constituci\u00f3n y las leyes obligan a tomar decisiones en uno u otro sentido\u201d.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Asegur\u00f3 el funcionario
