Este art\u00edculo redefine los horarios laborales, estableciendo que el horario diurno ser\u00e1 de 6 a.m. a 7 p.m., y el nocturno, de 7 p.m. a 6 a.m. La ministra de Trabajo, Gloria In\u00e9s Ram\u00edrez, lo calific\u00f3 como un logro de justicia laboral.<\/p>\n<p>La reforma devuelve el recargo del 35% por trabajo nocturno, un derecho que fue modificado hace 28 a\u00f1os durante el gobierno de \u00c1lvaro Uribe. Ram\u00edrez subray\u00f3 que esta medida corrige una injusticia que afect\u00f3 a los trabajadores durante m\u00e1s de dos d\u00e9cadas.<\/p>\n<p>La implementaci\u00f3n del art\u00edculo se realizar\u00e1 seis meses despu\u00e9s de que la ley de Reforma Laboral entre en vigor, seg\u00fan la proposici\u00f3n aprobada en la plenaria. Este tiempo permitir\u00e1 la adaptaci\u00f3n necesaria a los nuevos lineamientos de la jornada laboral.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se aprobaron otros siete art\u00edculos relacionados con la promoci\u00f3n de empleos verdes y azules, enfocados en la sostenibilidad y la preservaci\u00f3n ambiental, y con el fortalecimiento de las garant\u00edas laborales para el teletrabajo. Entre los art\u00edculos aprobados se encuentran aquellos que regulan el auxilio de conectividad y las garant\u00edas de seguridad social para los teletrabajadores.<\/p>\n<p>La sesi\u00f3n plenaria continuar\u00e1 en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas, donde se espera que se discutan y aprueben los art\u00edculos restantes de la Reforma Laboral, consolidando cambios significativos en el sistema laboral colombiano.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El art\u00edculo 13 de la Reforma Laboral fue aprobado por la C\u00e1mara de Representantes, con 86 votos a favor y 9 en contra.
