{"id":77602,"date":"2024-10-05T07:43:53","date_gmt":"2024-10-05T12:43:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=77602"},"modified":"2024-10-05T07:44:12","modified_gmt":"2024-10-05T12:44:12","slug":"cifra-record-en-adquisicion-y-formalizacion-de-tierras","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/cifra-record-en-adquisicion-y-formalizacion-de-tierras\/","title":{"rendered":"Cifra r\u00e9cord en adquisici\u00f3n y formalizaci\u00f3n de tierras"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Seg\u00fan la Agencia Nacional de Tierras (ANT), las tierras adquiridas para la Reforma Agraria en los dos primeros a\u00f1os del gobierno del presidente Gustavo Petro \u2013entre 2022 y 2024\u2013 ya alcanzan las 166 mil hect\u00e1reas.<\/p>\n<p>Esto significa que a tan solo la mitad del mandato el Gobierno del Cambio supera el total de los gobiernos que le antecedieron: entre 2016 y 2018, la administraci\u00f3n de Juan Manuel Santos adquiri\u00f3 17.882 hect\u00e1reas y entre 2018 y 2022 la de Iv\u00e1n Duque adquiri\u00f3 18.159 hect\u00e1reas.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a tierras formalizadas, a la mitad del mandatario del gobierno Petro se han formalizado 1&#8217;208.400 hect\u00e1reas. El gobierno Santos formaliz\u00f3 en total 265.088 hect\u00e1reas y el cuatrienio de Duque 1&#8217;072.519 hect\u00e1reas.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a zonas de reserva campesina, el actual gobierno ha creado 7 y hay 5 pendientes de aprobaci\u00f3n, un logro significativo comparado con sus antecesores.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Balance a la fecha de la Agencia Nacional de Tierras<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Durante el gobierno del presidente Petro se han adquirido 166.178 hect\u00e1reas para la Reforma Agraria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Se han formalizado 1&#8217;208.866 hect\u00e1reas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Se han titulado 334 Entidades de Derecho P\u00fablico en 2024.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Se han comprado 77.350 hect\u00e1reas para comunidades \u00e9tnicas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>La gesti\u00f3n de tierras alcanza 245.370 hect\u00e1reas, as\u00ed:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u20141.843 de aprehensi\u00f3n material<\/p>\n<p>\u20142.240 donadas<\/p>\n<p>\u201410.548 de transferencia gratuita de la SAE<\/p>\n<p>\u201428.156 por compra a la Sociedad de Activos Especiales (SAE)<\/p>\n<p>\u201418.176 por compra al Fondo de Reparaci\u00f3n a las V\u00edctimas (FRV)<\/p>\n<p>\u2014107.057 por compra a particulares<\/p>\n<p>\u201477.350 por compras a comunidades \u00e9tnicas<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>De otro lado, van 132.676 hect\u00e1reas gestionadas por procesos agrarios.<\/p>\n<p>Con Fedeg\u00e1n se han adquirido 34.426 hect\u00e1reas.
