{"id":7761,"date":"2020-11-18T09:16:07","date_gmt":"2020-11-18T14:16:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=7761"},"modified":"2020-11-18T09:16:09","modified_gmt":"2020-11-18T14:16:09","slug":"se-viene-un-repunte-para-el-sector-vivienda-en-colombia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/se-viene-un-repunte-para-el-sector-vivienda-en-colombia\/","title":{"rendered":"Se viene un repunte para el sector vivienda en Colombia"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Luego de conocer el <strong>resultado del PIB de edificaciones <\/strong>para el tercer trimestre del a\u00f1o reportado por el DANE, <strong>el Ministerio de Vivienda, Ciudad y Territorio prev\u00e9 un repunte para el 2021,<\/strong> teniendo en cuenta las medidas adoptadas por el Gobierno Nacional para enfrentar el COVID- 19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La contracci\u00f3n de -27,2% presentada en el PIB de edificaciones todav\u00eda <strong>refleja el impacto de la pandemia.<\/strong> Este resultado se explica, principalmente, por <strong>una ejecuci\u00f3n m\u00e1s lenta de las obras,<\/strong> que se tradujo en una variaci\u00f3n de -29,4% en el indicador de \u00e1rea causada, es decir el avance de obra, durante el tercer trimestre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si bien este resultado a\u00fan refleja una contracci\u00f3n por parte de las edificaciones, hay claras se\u00f1ales de recuperaci\u00f3n. Por ejemplo, el \u00e1rea causada total aument\u00f3 23,9% en relaci\u00f3n con el segundo trimestre del a\u00f1o. En el tercer trimestre del 2020 se reportaron 7,35 millones de metros cuadrados adicionales en proceso de construcci\u00f3n frente al segundo trimestre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed mismo, <strong>las cifras de octubre reveladas por Galer\u00eda Inmobiliaria, confirman la senda de la recuperaci\u00f3n. <\/strong>En el d\u00e9cimo mes del a\u00f1o, se comercializaron 20.361 viviendas nuevas, siendo el mejor en ventas del que se tenga registro. En el segmento de vivienda de inter\u00e9s social (VIS) se vendieron 13.991 unidades, lo que tambi\u00e9n fue un r\u00e9cord hist\u00f3rico, y super\u00f3 en 42,5% las ventas del mismo mes de 2019. Por su parte, en el segmento No VIS se comercializaron 6.370, superando en 43,1% las ventas del segmento en octubre de 2019 y alcanzando un nivel que no se observaba en este mercado desde mayo de 2016. De esta forma, el acumulado enero-octubre de 2020 alcanz\u00f3 las 135.523 unidades, con un crecimiento de 1,9% frente al mismo periodo de 2019 a pesar del impacto de la emergencia sanitaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Igualmente, <strong>las cifras de Galer\u00eda Inmobiliaria muestran una expansi\u00f3n de 48,5%<\/strong> en las iniciaciones de vivienda en octubre, al compararse con el mismo mes del 2019, con crecimiento de 47,7% en VIS y de 50,7% en No VIS.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Luego de conocer el resultado del PIB de edificaciones para el tercer trimestre del a\u00f1o reportado por el DANE, el Ministerio de Vivienda, Ciudad y Territorio prev\u00e9 un repunte para el 2021, teniendo en cuenta las medidas adoptadas por el Gobierno Nacional para enfrentar el COVID- 19.
