Petro expres\u00f3 su descontento a trav\u00e9s de su cuenta en X, afirmando que Lorduy permiti\u00f3 la apertura de cargos en su contra de manera inconstitucional.<\/p>\n<p>El presidente asegur\u00f3 que el CNE cometi\u00f3 un \u201cprevaricato\u201d y que se est\u00e1 intentando ejecutar un \u201cgolpe parlamentario\u201d en su contra. Seg\u00fan Petro, no se le acusa de un delito, sino de \u00abindignidad\u00bb, aunque sostiene que su campa\u00f1a no ha sobrepasado ning\u00fan tope permitido por la ley.<\/p>\n<p>La referencia a un \u00abgolpe parlamentario\u00bb hace alusi\u00f3n al futuro de su caso en el Congreso, donde la Comisi\u00f3n de Acusaciones de la C\u00e1mara de Representantes evaluar\u00e1 si existen motivos para sancionar al presidente. De ser as\u00ed, el proceso avanzar\u00eda al Senado para ser juzgado.<\/p>\n<p>Petro tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1al\u00f3 que esta supuesta estrategia fue ideada por el exfiscal N\u00e9stor Humberto Mart\u00ednez, a quien vincul\u00f3 con el partido de Lorduy y Germ\u00e1n Vargas Lleras.
