{"id":77765,"date":"2024-10-11T04:57:18","date_gmt":"2024-10-11T09:57:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=77765"},"modified":"2024-10-11T04:57:18","modified_gmt":"2024-10-11T09:57:18","slug":"el-congreso-se-alista-para-la-cop-16","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/el-congreso-se-alista-para-la-cop-16\/","title":{"rendered":"El Congreso se alista para la COP 16"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Congresistas de diferentes bancadas, preparan iniciativas ambientales que puedan ser presentadas en este evento, al cual asistir\u00e1n delegaciones de 190 pa\u00edses y contar\u00e1 con m\u00e1s de 15.000 asistentes confirmados entre ellos 12 jefes de Estado, 103 ministras y ministros de Ambiente y m\u00e1s de 1.000 periodistas.<\/p>\n<p>La representante Julia Miranda, del partido Nuevo Liberalismo, manifiesta: \u201cVamos a sesionar en el Concejo de Cali, el presidente de la C\u00e1mara de Representantes, Jaime Ra\u00fal Salamanca, ha convocado a los congresistas para que asistamos a la COP, participemos, pero al mismo tiempo desarrollemos nuestra labor en una sesi\u00f3n remota que va a tener lugar en Cali. Adem\u00e1s, cada uno de nosotros va a participar en diferentes eventos no solamente en la zona azul, si no tambi\u00e9n la zona verde\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>De igual manera, el representante Eduard Giovanni Sarmiento, del Pacto Hist\u00f3rico, afirma: \u201cTendremos un foro parlamentario\u00a0en donde\u00a0hablaremos sobre cuales son las herramientas legislativas\u00a0que hemos creado y\u00a0construido en las vigencias de este Congreso de la Rep\u00fablica, pero sobre todo cuales son los retos hacia adelante para garantizar \u00a0la pervivencia de la biodiversidad en el pa\u00eds\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>A las zonas azul y verde ya conocidas, se suma la zona blanca que seg\u00fan el representante Gabriel Parrado, del Pacto Hist\u00f3rico tiene el siguiente objetivo: \u201cEn la zona blanca a nivel de todas las COP y a nivel \u00a0las conferencias internacionales, est\u00e1 la gente que se manifiesta, que protesta porque las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas no son coherentes entre lo que se dice o se escribe en los documentos y lo que se hace en la realidad\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Los representantes, contin\u00faan en la tarea de dialogar con los habitantes de sus territorios para preparar el desarrollo de compromisos como: promoci\u00f3n de Pol\u00edticas ambientales, defensa de la biodiversidad,\u00a0participaci\u00f3n activa en negociaciones\u00a0y el\u00a0apoyo a comunidades vulnerables\u00a0y as\u00ed entregar el mejor mensaje a los visitantes sobre la biodiversidad colombiana.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Congresistas de diferentes bancadas, preparan iniciativas ambientales que puedan ser presentadas en este evento, al cual asistir\u00e1n delegaciones de 190 pa\u00edses y contar\u00e1 con m\u00e1s de 15.000 asistentes confirmados entre ellos 12 jefes de Estado, 103 ministras y ministros de Ambiente y m\u00e1s de 1.000 periodistas.
