{"id":77846,"date":"2024-10-14T08:53:02","date_gmt":"2024-10-14T13:53:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=77846"},"modified":"2024-10-14T08:53:02","modified_gmt":"2024-10-14T13:53:02","slug":"procuraduria-pendiente-de-operacion-en-el-cauca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/procuraduria-pendiente-de-operacion-en-el-cauca\/","title":{"rendered":"Procuradur\u00eda pendiente de operaci\u00f3n en el Cauca"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>La Procuradur\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n vigila el\u00a0<strong>desarrollo de la operaci\u00f3n militar<\/strong>\u00a0iniciada en la madrugada del s\u00e1bado 11 de octubre del a\u00f1o que avanza\u00a0<strong>en el corregimiento de El Plateado, municipio de Argelia (Cauca).<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Es importante se\u00f1alar que en el departamento del Cauca solo en el primer semestre del a\u00f1o alcanz\u00f3 un registro de\u00a0<strong>123 eventos por alteraci\u00f3n al orden p\u00fablico,<\/strong>\u00a0seg\u00fan informe preventivo del Ente de Control.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Al respecto, el Ente de Control expresa su\u00a0<strong>rechazo por el uso de bienes protegidos por el Derecho Internacional Humanitario<\/strong>\u00a0como las viviendas de sus pobladores, algunas de las cuales fueron utilizadas por los integrantes del grupo armado ilegal para resguardarse y responder al ingreso de las tropas al territorio, m\u00e9todos que incluyeron el u<strong>so indiscriminado de drones con explosivos que dejan un saldo parcial al parecer de 17 civiles heridos.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>La Procuradur\u00eda alert\u00f3 para el primer semestre del a\u00f1o que\u00a0<strong>el 42 % de los ataques y afectaciones por el accionar delictivo de los grupos armados en el departamento del Cauca estuvieron dirigidos contra la poblaci\u00f3n civil.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Por eso, alerta con preocupaci\u00f3n sobre el\u00a0<strong>eventual constre\u00f1imiento que, al parecer, se presenta en el territorio,<\/strong>\u00a0donde un grupo de personas exigen a las tropas que se retiren del territorio.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Al respecto, la Procuradur\u00eda requiere a las distintas autoridades del Estado dirigir sus esfuerzos para que\u00a0<strong>la recuperaci\u00f3n del orden p\u00fablico<\/strong><strong>\u00a0venga acompa\u00f1ado de una oferta integral de servicios para el territorio<\/strong>; as\u00ed como reiterar el llamado a las comunidades para\u00a0<strong>acudir a los mecanismos legalmente establecidos, y no las v\u00edas de hecho,<\/strong>\u00a0para denunciar posibles hechos o\u00a0<strong>excesos en el uso de la fuerza por parte de los uniformados.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>La seguridad es un derecho de los colombianos<\/strong>.
