El evento se realiz\u00f3 en la Instituci\u00f3n Educativa Sim\u00f3n Bol\u00edvar y cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de dirigentes locales y la administraci\u00f3n municipal.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el taller, se socializ\u00f3 la misi\u00f3n de Idaco, creado por el Gobierno Huila Grande para fortalecer a los organismos comunales, incluyendo la renovaci\u00f3n de estatutos y la legalizaci\u00f3n de personer\u00edas jur\u00eddicas. El gerente de Idaco, Jos\u00e9 Manuel C\u00f3rdoba Trujillo, destac\u00f3 la importancia de la jornada, donde se escucharon inquietudes y se fortalecieron las capacidades de los l\u00edderes comunales.<\/p>\n<p>Andrea Roa Alvira, enlace de Idaco, enfatiz\u00f3 en la capacitaci\u00f3n sobre la reforma de estatutos, la creaci\u00f3n de nuevas juntas y procesos administrativos seg\u00fan la ley 2166 de 2021 y el decreto 1501 de 2023. Tambi\u00e9n se abordaron temas relacionados con la convivencia y la vigilancia de las juntas en el Huila.<\/p>\n<p>La formaci\u00f3n incluy\u00f3 aspectos contables y financieros esenciales para el manejo adecuado de los libros de inventario y tesorer\u00eda de las juntas, tanto rurales como urbanas.
