{"id":78086,"date":"2024-10-23T06:39:03","date_gmt":"2024-10-23T11:39:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=78086"},"modified":"2024-10-23T06:39:03","modified_gmt":"2024-10-23T11:39:03","slug":"presidente-entregara-pruebas-del-caso-pegasus","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/presidente-entregara-pruebas-del-caso-pegasus\/","title":{"rendered":"Presidente entregar\u00e1 pruebas del caso Pegasus"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>El presidente Gustavo Petro anunci\u00f3 que enviar\u00e1 a la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n y a la Procuradur\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n nuevos documentos que demostrar\u00edan el ingreso y la salida irregular de cuatro ciudadanos israel\u00edes a Colombia en dos vuelos, con destino final a la ciudad de Tel Aviv, al parecer, incurriendo en el presunto delito de lavado de activos.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Los hechos, indic\u00f3 el jefe de Estado, estar\u00edan vinculados con la denuncia que hizo en d\u00edas pasados, relacionados con la posible adquisici\u00f3n de un software esp\u00eda, denominado Pegasus.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u201cYo mismo denunci\u00e9 un documento, mostr\u00e9 un documento de la agencia de inteligencia israel\u00ed que se encarga del lavado de activos. Mostr\u00e9 que en ese documento se hab\u00eda establecido que el gobierno anterior, exactamente la DIPOL, Direcci\u00f3n de la Polic\u00eda, seg\u00fan inteligencia de la Polic\u00eda, seg\u00fan ese documento, hab\u00eda comprado un software que es prohibido en buena parte del mundo: el software Pegasus, que sirve para interferir ilegalmente tel\u00e9fonos, celulares, computadores, se\u00f1ales de internet, etc\u00e9tera\u201d, manifest\u00f3.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u201cEn el d\u00eda de ayer aparecieron otras informaciones en donde ya se establecen, efectivamente, los vuelos que las dos aeronaves alquiladas realizaron, con viaje general Bogot\u00e1 \u2013 Tel Aviv, precisamente los d\u00edas que yo mostr\u00e9 como d\u00edas de salida de los vuelos con destino a esa ciudad y al pa\u00eds de Israel, para consignar lo que llevaban en efectivo y en d\u00f3lares\u201d, indic\u00f3 el mandatario.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Seg\u00fan la informaci\u00f3n revelada por el presidente Petro, uno de los vuelos se produjo el 26 de julio de 2021 y el otro el 18 de septiembre. Tambi\u00e9n dijo que uno de los ocupantes de las aeronaves era un alto ejecutivo de la firma NSO Group, propietaria del programa inform\u00e1tico.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u201cEs decir, al aeropuerto El Dorado, en el hangar (de la Unidad)\u00a0 de Antinarc\u00f3ticos de la Polic\u00eda, lleg\u00f3 el director general de la empresa propietaria de Pegasus para llevarse el dinero que el gobierno del presidente Duque insiste en negar\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 el presidente Petro.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Recalc\u00f3 que \u201cen Colombia no es posible que ning\u00fan ciudadano ni nacional ni extranjero, porte dinero en efectivo en una cantidad tal como cinco millones de d\u00f3lares. Eso se llama lavado de activos\u201d.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Por lo cual, enfatiz\u00f3, \u201cser\u00e1 una tarea que la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n tipifique e investigue con la
