La reuni\u00f3n cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de nueve diputados, funcionarios del gobierno departamental y l\u00edderes de la regi\u00f3n, quienes analizaron los retos y el estado de los contratos de obra en esta importante iniciativa.<\/p>\n<p>El primer contrato destacado fue el 098 de 2023, cuyo prop\u00f3sito es mejorar y pavimentar tramos espec\u00edficos del circuito tur\u00edstico. Este contrato, liderado por el Consorcio Montebello, se encuentra en ejecuci\u00f3n con un avance f\u00edsico del 58.1%. Se espera que finalice antes del plazo pactado, a finales de 2025, contribuyendo significativamente al desarrollo regional y al fortalecimiento del turismo.<\/p>\n<p>Otro contrato en revisi\u00f3n fue el 076 de 2016, destinado a la construcci\u00f3n de pavimento flexible en el tramo cruce Isnos-Alto de los \u00cddolos. Este proyecto presenta un avance f\u00edsico del 65% pero permanece suspendido en espera de una pr\u00f3rroga de 60 d\u00edas. La administraci\u00f3n departamental ha expresado su compromiso de apoyar la culminaci\u00f3n de esta obra, esencial para la conectividad del circuito tur\u00edstico.<\/p>\n<p>El contrato 1046 de 2015, relacionado con la v\u00eda San Agust\u00edn-Obando, enfrenta problemas de incumplimiento, con un avance de solo el 45.62%. La supervisi\u00f3n del Departamento Administrativo de Contrataci\u00f3n y la Secretar\u00eda de V\u00edas est\u00e1n tomando medidas legales para resolver el incumplimiento y asegurar la conclusi\u00f3n de este tramo estrat\u00e9gico para el circuito tur\u00edstico.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, el gobernador Rodrigo Villalba reafirm\u00f3 su compromiso con la finalizaci\u00f3n del Anillo Tur\u00edstico del Sur, proyecto que comenz\u00f3 hace 20 a\u00f1os durante su primera gesti\u00f3n.
