Seg\u00fan la funcionaria, hasta la fecha no se ha hallado ning\u00fan rastro documental que indique una orden oficial para adquirir este sistema por parte del expresidente Iv\u00e1n Duque.<\/p>\n<p>Cabello asegur\u00f3 que la Procuradur\u00eda no ha encontrado evidencias de que el exmandatario haya autorizado el uso de fondos reservados o recursos p\u00fablicos para la adquisici\u00f3n del software de espionaje. \u201cNo hemos hallado constancias de compra oficial ni orden alguna para la adquisici\u00f3n de Pegasus\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Como parte de la investigaci\u00f3n, la Procuradur\u00eda llev\u00f3 a cabo visitas de inspecci\u00f3n a diversas entidades. La semana pasada, el equipo de investigaci\u00f3n revis\u00f3 las instalaciones de la Aeron\u00e1utica Civil y la Direcci\u00f3n de Antinarc\u00f3ticos, buscando posibles registros relacionados con el software esp\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la Procuradur\u00eda se reuni\u00f3 con representantes de la Direcci\u00f3n de Inteligencia Policial (DIPOL), quienes confirmaron al ente de control que no existen registros de ninguna inversi\u00f3n en Pegasus. Seg\u00fan Cabello, DIPOL indic\u00f3 que todas sus compras est\u00e1n registradas en la plataforma SECOP II y que, hasta el momento, no hay indicios de una transacci\u00f3n para adquirir el software.<\/p>\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3n del caso Pegasus incluye dos l\u00edneas principales: una sobre la posible interceptaci\u00f3n de comunicaciones de magistrados de la Corte Constitucional y otra sobre una denuncia realizada p\u00fablicamente por el presidente Gustavo Petro en relaci\u00f3n con este tema.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Procuradora General de Colombia, Margarita Cabello, anunci\u00f3 que tras mes y medio de investigaciones, el Ministerio P\u00fablico no ha encontrado pruebas de la compra del software esp\u00eda Pegasus.
