Esta medida responde a irregularidades en el pago del litro de leche, afectando a quienes dependen de esta actividad para su sustento.<\/p>\n<p>Las empresas sancionadas incluyen algunas de las m\u00e1s importantes en el sector, como Alpina, Colanta, y Nestl\u00e9, entre otras. Seg\u00fan explic\u00f3 Cielo Rusinque Urrego, Superintendente de la SIC, se hallaron incumplimientos en la liquidaci\u00f3n y ajuste de precios para los campesinos, lo cual viola los par\u00e1metros establecidos por el Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural.<\/p>\n<p>Uno de los problemas detectados fue la falta de identificaci\u00f3n de los veh\u00edculos que transportan la leche cruda y la ausencia de especificaci\u00f3n de las distancias, lo que impacta directamente los costos de transporte y almacenamiento. Estos fallos en el proceso de liquidaci\u00f3n generan precios injustos para los productores.<\/p>\n<p>La Superintendente destac\u00f3 que estas irregularidades no solo afectan a los peque\u00f1os productores de leche, sino que tambi\u00e9n distorsionan el sistema de comercializaci\u00f3n de productos l\u00e1cteos en el pa\u00eds. Para la SIC, la entrega de informaci\u00f3n completa y precisa es esencial para garantizar un precio justo, que incluya variables sanitarias y de calidad.<\/p>\n<p>Las empresas afectadas tienen la opci\u00f3n de presentar recursos de reposici\u00f3n y apelaci\u00f3n frente a esta decisi\u00f3n, que en total impone una multa de $1.117.878.080.
