Como lo prometi\u00f3 la gerente de Las Ceibas Empresas P\u00fablicas de Neiva, Gloria Constanza Vanegas, y la Administraci\u00f3n del alcalde Gorky Mu\u00f1oz Calder\u00f3n, se entreg\u00f3 este fin de semana la carrera segunda totalmente terminada<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La obra de optimizaci\u00f3n y construcci\u00f3n de la red de alcantarillado sanitario y pluvial de la calle 13 entre carreras 2 y 3 del barrio Los M\u00e1rtires,<\/strong> que se encontraba sin terminar por mala planificaci\u00f3n y contrataci\u00f3n desde el gobierno anterior, fue terminada este fin de semana, y de esta forma, se puso fin no s\u00f3lo a los huecos que estaban sin pavimentar, sino a las inundaciones que por a\u00f1os padecieron habitantes y comerciantes de este sector<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La fase final de la obra, que contemplaba el cajeo o alistamiento del terreno para aplicar la capa asf\u00e1ltica,<\/strong> as\u00ed como la instalaci\u00f3n de sumideros para aguas lluvias, hab\u00eda sufrido retrasos, debido a que no se hab\u00eda obtenido respuesta del Ministerio de Vivienda a la solicitud de autorizar una adici\u00f3n de recursos, necesaria para las obras complementarias que no hab\u00edan sido presupuestadas en el contrato inicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tras una larga gesti\u00f3n del alcalde Gorky Mu\u00f1oz y Las Ceibas, se logr\u00f3 que el Ministerio autorizara el adicional por 433 millones de pesos para dar soluci\u00f3n a aspectos como los sumideros, pozos, y la reposici\u00f3n de la carpeta asf\u00e1ltica que se levant\u00f3 para intervenir el alcantarillado<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo a la gerente Gloria Vanegas, la obra fue contratada el 9 de diciembre de 2019 por el gobierno anterior<\/strong>, con problemas en la formulaci\u00f3n del proyecto,<\/strong> que se evidenciaron cuando inici\u00f3 su ejecuci\u00f3n y que obligaron a la actual administraci\u00f3n a plantear soluciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Gerente de Las Ceibas, inform\u00f3 con satisfacci\u00f3n que de esta forma le cumpli\u00f3 a la ciudadan\u00eda<\/strong>. \u201cLe prometimos que este fin de semana est\u00e1bamos entregando la repavimentaci\u00f3n, la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de esta v\u00eda, y le cumplimos a la comunidad, especialmente a este sector de la cerrera segunda. Habilitamos la calzada, el interventor de la obra nos garantiza que el material que se est\u00e1 aplicando es ya definitivo <\/strong>y cuenta con los est\u00e1ndares t\u00e9cnicos que se requieren para que la v\u00eda perdure en buen estado.
