Barbosa expres\u00f3 que los cambios impulsados por el gobierno est\u00e1n alineados con las pol\u00edticas de salud p\u00fablica promovidas por la OPS en Am\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n<p>El fortalecimiento de la atenci\u00f3n primaria y de los sistemas de salud en las regiones fue uno de los temas destacados. Barbosa resalt\u00f3 que estos cambios son cruciales para asegurar un acceso m\u00e1s equitativo a los servicios de salud en Colombia.<\/p>\n<p>Otro de los temas tratados fue el v\u00ednculo entre el cambio clim\u00e1tico y la salud, en el contexto de la COP16 en Cali. Barbosa advirti\u00f3 sobre los efectos negativos del cambio clim\u00e1tico, como el aumento de enfermedades y la inseguridad alimentaria.<\/p>\n<p>La reuni\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n incluy\u00f3 una discusi\u00f3n sobre la pr\u00f3xima Conferencia Mundial para la Eliminaci\u00f3n de las Violencias contra la Ni\u00f1ez, que se celebrar\u00e1 en Bogot\u00e1.
