En el Puesto de Mando Unificado (PMU), desarrollado en Riohacha, Carrillo y su equipo, junto con autoridades locales, discutieron estrategias de apoyo y asignaci\u00f3n de recursos.<\/p>\n<p>Carrillo destac\u00f3 la urgencia de gestionar soluciones de largo plazo para mitigar futuros impactos clim\u00e1ticos. La UNGRD est\u00e1 gestionando una adici\u00f3n de $700 mil millones con el Ministerio de Hacienda, destinados a cubrir las necesidades actuales y futuras de los territorios m\u00e1s afectados por la temporada de lluvias.<\/p>\n<p>El gobernador Jairo Aguilar advirti\u00f3 sobre la urgencia de estos recursos para responder a las comunidades que esperan asistencia inmediata. Se requiere una declaratoria de emergencia que permita destinar fondos a maquinaria, insumos humanitarios y el mejoramiento de v\u00edas, las cuales resultan esenciales para el acceso a las \u00e1reas m\u00e1s vulnerables.<\/p>\n<p>Como parte de las acciones, la UNGRD brindar\u00e1 apoyo t\u00e9cnico para que los municipios registren a los damnificados y realicen evaluaciones detalladas de los da\u00f1os.
