En colaboraci\u00f3n con la Alcald\u00eda, Muhamad afirm\u00f3 que se est\u00e1n evaluando medidas de mitigaci\u00f3n para enfrentar estos extremos clim\u00e1ticos.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la ministra, durante la administraci\u00f3n Bogot\u00e1 Humana se proyectaron escenarios de crisis h\u00eddrica que hoy afectan a la capital. Explic\u00f3 que una sola jornada de lluvia en noviembre gener\u00f3 precipitaciones equivalentes a todo el mes, causando inundaciones severas, especialmente en el norte de la ciudad.<\/p>\n<p>Muhamad cuestion\u00f3 que las inundaciones en la Autopista Norte se atribuyan a la falta de licencia para su ampliaci\u00f3n. La ministra explic\u00f3 que la ANLA archiv\u00f3 la licencia porque no se garantizaba la conectividad h\u00eddrica entre los Cerros Orientales, el Humedal y el r\u00edo Bogot\u00e1, condici\u00f3n esencial para reducir el riesgo de inundaciones.<\/p>\n<p>La ministra tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 la importancia de mejorar la conectividad h\u00eddrica para prevenir desastres y afirm\u00f3 que el sector ambiental no apoyar\u00e1 proyectos que puedan agravar la situaci\u00f3n h\u00eddrica de Bogot\u00e1. Propuso que cualquier obra de infraestructura considere soluciones sostenibles y efectivas para el clima.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el Ministerio de Ambiente propuso declarar el estado de desastre en Bogot\u00e1 para movilizar recursos del Gobierno Nacional y enfrentar la inminente temporada seca.
