alcald\u00eda.\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>La Procuradur\u00eda Provincial de Instrucci\u00f3n de Garz\u00f3n, Huila, inici\u00f3\u00a0<b>la investigaci\u00f3n a partir de las informaciones conocidas p\u00fablicamente<\/b>, donde se dieron a conocer los aparentes abusos permanentes a los que la v\u00edctima era sometida, situaci\u00f3n que le ocasion\u00f3 la p\u00e9rdida de un hijo que esperaba la pareja.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Pineda Rodr\u00edguez podr\u00e1 ser\u00a0<b>escuchado en versi\u00f3n libre si as\u00ed lo solicita.<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>Agencia especial en el proceso penal<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Para actuar en el proceso penal iniciado en la Fiscal\u00eda por esos mismos hechos, la Procuradur\u00eda delegada del\u00a0<b>Ministerio P\u00fablico en Asuntos Penales constituy\u00f3 una agencia especial<\/b>\u00a0que est\u00e1 a cargo del Procurador 271 Judicial I Penal de Pitalito, Huila.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>A trav\u00e9s de esa agencia especial, el Ministerio P\u00fablico intervendr\u00e1 en las distintas audiencias que se programen, as\u00ed como participar\u00e1 y\u00a0<b>har\u00e1 acompa\u00f1amiento permanente a las diligencias judiciales que se adelanten en desarrollo del
