Es abogada de la Universidad Javeriana, con maestr\u00edas en Relaciones Internacionales y Pol\u00edticas de Desarrollo para Am\u00e9rica Latina, y docente en su alma mater.<\/p>\n<p>Miguel Efra\u00edn Polo Rosero tiene una s\u00f3lida formaci\u00f3n en derecho financiero, constitucional y comparado, adquirida en la Universidad del Rosario y prestigiosas instituciones de Madrid. Adem\u00e1s, ejerce como conjuez del Consejo de Estado.<\/p>\n<p>Jaime Humberto Tobar Ord\u00f3\u00f1ez, magistrado auxiliar de la Corte Constitucional, es abogado de la Universidad Javeriana con una maestr\u00eda en Derecho de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Madrid.
