Luego de m\u00e1s de 6 sesiones de debate en la Comisi\u00f3n S\u00e9ptima de la C\u00e1mara de Representantes, se aprob\u00f3 el proyecto \u201cPor medio del cual se transforma el sistema de salud en Colombia y se dictan otras disposiciones\u201d, iniciativa de car\u00e1cter social liderada por el Gobierno del presidente Gustavo Petro.<\/p>\n

Son 58 art\u00edculos iniciales y seis art\u00edculos nuevos avalados los que ahora componen este proyecto, y que fueron aprobados con 14 votos por el si y cuatro por el no.<\/p>\n

\u201cAprobamos una reforma que busca fortalecer y descentralizar el sistema de salud de forma que los servicios lleguen a cada rinc\u00f3n del pa\u00eds, especialmente en zonas rurales, para que todos los y las residentes del pa\u00eds puedan recibir la atenci\u00f3n que necesitan\u201d, manifest\u00f3 la representante Mar\u00eda Fernanda Carrascal, del Pacto Hist\u00f3rico.<\/p>\n

De otra parte, la representante de Cambio Radical, Betsy P\u00e9rez, dijo que este proyecto \u201cDesde su mismo procedimiento es un error, pues ten\u00eda que ser tramitado como ley estatutaria y no como ley ordinaria, pero son muchos m\u00e1s los problemas que trae, por ejemplo responsabiliza a los alcaldes y gobernadores por el funcionamiento de recursos y atenci\u00f3n y eso no va a salir bien\u201d.<\/p>\n

Superada esta primera etapa, ahora la Reforma a la salud 2.0 pasar\u00eda a discusi\u00f3n en la plenaria de la corporaci\u00f3n, lo cual ya se dar\u00e1 en 2025, para cumplir con los tiempos necesarios para el proceso legislativo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
