{"id":79174,"date":"2024-11-25T15:15:59","date_gmt":"2024-11-25T20:15:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=79174"},"modified":"2024-11-25T15:15:59","modified_gmt":"2024-11-25T20:15:59","slug":"procuraduria-investiga-contrato-de-uniformes-de-la-policia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/procuraduria-investiga-contrato-de-uniformes-de-la-policia\/","title":{"rendered":"Procuradur\u00eda investiga contrato de uniformes de la Polic\u00eda"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>La Procuradur\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n abri\u00f3 investigaci\u00f3n disciplinaria contra el entonces\u00a0<b>director general del Fondo Rotatorio de la Polic\u00eda Nacional, coronel Jos\u00e9 Ignacio V\u00e1squez Ram\u00edrez,<\/b>\u00a0por presuntos sobrecostos en un contrato, de $ 30 mil millones, de adquisici\u00f3n de telas para la elaboraci\u00f3n de los uniformes de la entidad.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Se trata de un contrato suscrito en 2020,\u00a0<b>derivado de una licitaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica abierta para el suministro de telas para la confecci\u00f3n<\/b>\u00a0y producci\u00f3n de productos elaborados en la f\u00e1brica de confecciones de este proveedor log\u00edstico de la Polic\u00eda Nacional.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Al parecer, al suscribir este bilateral el investigado no\u00a0<b>habr\u00eda tenido en cuenta las condiciones de mercado,<\/b>\u00a0respecto de posibles sobrecostos; adem\u00e1s se busca establecer si no utiliz\u00f3 una modalidad de selecci\u00f3n que le haya dado la posibilidad de disminuir el valor final del contrato.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>La Segunda Delegada para la\u00a0<b>Contrataci\u00f3n Estatal solicit\u00f3 informaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica para establecer las razones que fundamentaron<\/b>\u00a0la escogencia de la modalidad de licitaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica para adelantar el proceso de contrataci\u00f3n, aun teniendo en cuenta que se pretend\u00eda adquirir bienes de\u00a0<b>caracter\u00edsticas t\u00e9cnicas, uniformes y de com\u00fan utilizaci\u00f3n.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Dentro de las pruebas recaudadas tambi\u00e9n solicit\u00f3 a la\u00a0<b>Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Investigaciones Especiales\u00a0<\/b>un dictamen pericial para establecer si existieron los mencionados sobrecostos.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Procuradur\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n abri\u00f3 investigaci\u00f3n disciplinaria contra el entonces\u00a0director general del Fondo Rotatorio de la Polic\u00eda Nacional, coronel Jos\u00e9 Ignacio V\u00e1squez Ram\u00edrez,\u00a0por presuntos sobrecostos en un contrato, de $ 30 mil millones, de adquisici\u00f3n de telas para la elaboraci\u00f3n de los uniformes de la entidad.
