Durante un di\u00e1logo con los medios, Cristo destac\u00f3 que la reforma pol\u00edtica busca modernizar un sistema que ha generado corrupci\u00f3n y desconfianza por d\u00e9cadas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl sistema actual provoca financiamientos desmesurados en campa\u00f1as, falta de controles y repetidos esc\u00e1ndalos de corrupci\u00f3n. Es urgente una transformaci\u00f3n\u201d, afirm\u00f3. La propuesta incluye listas \u00fanicas y cerradas con paridad de g\u00e9nero, financiaci\u00f3n estatal de campa\u00f1as y una autoridad electoral independiente, elementos que el Congreso ha ignorado durante 15 a\u00f1os, seg\u00fan el ministro.<\/p>\n<p>Sobre la reforma laboral, Cristo asegur\u00f3 que el proyecto se ajust\u00f3 considerablemente en la C\u00e1mara de Representantes y espera que se mantengan los consensos logrados. \u201cEstamos preparados para discutir y perfeccionar esta reforma en el Senado, buscando el mejor resultado para trabajadores y empresarios\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El ministro tambi\u00e9n advirti\u00f3 sobre las consecuencias de no realizar estos cambios, como la promoci\u00f3n de mecanismos extraordinarios, entre ellos la convocatoria de una constituyente.
