Este esfuerzo busca mejorar sus condiciones de vida y reconocer su importancia en el desarrollo del sector agropecuario.<\/p>\n<p>La vicepresidenta Francia M\u00e1rquez y la ministra de Agricultura, Martha Carvajalino, tambi\u00e9n firmaron la norma, que resalta el compromiso del Estado con los derechos de las mujeres rurales. Entre los beneficios, se incluye acceso a l\u00edneas de cr\u00e9dito preferencial y apoyo t\u00e9cnico para estructurar proyectos productivos.<\/p>\n<p>Las beneficiarias ser\u00e1n priorizadas bajo criterios que abarcan desde experiencia en actividades agropecuarias hasta participaci\u00f3n en programas de sustituci\u00f3n de cultivos il\u00edcitos.
