El objetivo principal del proyecto es modernizar la administraci\u00f3n judicial en Colombia y agilizar los procesos penales mediante herramientas como la reparaci\u00f3n integral y el principio de oportunidad.<\/p>\n<p>La propuesta establece mecanismos innovadores para resolver casos en menos tiempo, como beneficios por allanamiento a cargos y preacuerdos, buscando una justicia m\u00e1s efectiva. La ministra \u00c1ngela Mar\u00eda Buitrago asegur\u00f3 que el proyecto no genera impunidad, sino que fortalece el sistema penal con incentivos definidos en el C\u00f3digo Penal.<\/p>\n<p>La reforma cuenta con el respaldo de destacados senadores y fue aprobada en la Comisi\u00f3n Primera con 15 votos a favor. La construcci\u00f3n del proyecto incluy\u00f3 un proceso de socializaci\u00f3n con expertos judiciales, acad\u00e9micos y representantes de organizaciones, garantizando una propuesta integral.<\/p>\n<p>Uno de los puntos m\u00e1s debatidos es la inclusi\u00f3n de la justicia restaurativa, que permite cerrar procesos penales con la reparaci\u00f3n completa a las v\u00edctimas.
