De esta cifra, 100 se destinar\u00e1n a Neiva, beneficiando tanto a zonas urbanas como rurales.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto, liderado por el Ministerio de Vivienda, busca reducir el d\u00e9ficit habitacional en municipios como Neiva, Pitalito, Garz\u00f3n y Palermo. Seg\u00fan la viceministra Ayde\u00e9 Marsiglia Bello, los beneficiarios son el eje central del programa, aportando su esfuerzo y compromiso para mejorar sus hogares. En Neiva, 78 mejoramientos se realizar\u00e1n en la zona urbana y 22 en la rural, con una inversi\u00f3n de 1.700 millones de pesos, de los cuales el municipio aportar\u00e1 433 millones.<\/p>\n<p>El secretario de Vivienda de Neiva, Marwin Victoria, destac\u00f3 el impacto positivo del convenio en la calidad de vida de las familias m\u00e1s vulnerables. \u00abEste proyecto es clave para reducir el d\u00e9ficit cualitativo habitacional y mejorar las condiciones de los hogares neivanos\u00bb, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>En Palermo, otro municipio beneficiado, el alcalde Kleiver Oviedo Farf\u00e1n subray\u00f3 la relevancia de esta iniciativa para su comunidad. \u00abNuestra poblaci\u00f3n dispersa enfrenta m\u00faltiples necesidades.
