Este hito representa un reconocimiento a los derechos ancestrales de los pueblos ind\u00edgenas de la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Astolfo Aramburo Vivas, director de Asuntos \u00c9tnicos de la ANT, destac\u00f3 que esta entrega marca un incremento del 933% en el territorio de los resguardos de Momaveza, pasando de 18.142 hect\u00e1reas en 2023 a 187.522 hect\u00e1reas en 2024. Este logro es resultado del Acuerdo No. 324 de diciembre de 2023, que orden\u00f3 la rectificaci\u00f3n del \u00e1rea y la inclusi\u00f3n de terrenos bald\u00edos ancestrales.<\/p>\n<p>Los resguardos de Momaveza agrupan a comunidades ind\u00edgenas como los Ticuna, Cocama, Yagua, y otros pueblos pluri\u00e9tnicos. Estos se destacan por su labor en turismo etnogr\u00e1fico, conservaci\u00f3n ambiental y rehabilitaci\u00f3n de fauna silvestre. Guillermo Ramos, autoridad del resguardo Macedonia, subray\u00f3 que la ampliaci\u00f3n territorial fortalece su compromiso con la preservaci\u00f3n de la selva y su legado cultural.<\/p>\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n reconoce el impacto hist\u00f3rico que sufrieron estas comunidades, como la explotaci\u00f3n cauchera y los desplazamientos forzados por la guerra colombo-peruana.
