La senadora Paloma Valencia (Centro Democr\u00e1tico) coincidi\u00f3, exigiendo penas m\u00e1s severas para delitos graves como el terrorismo y el asesinato de menores, y expres\u00f3 preocupaci\u00f3n por la falta de avances en estas \u00e1reas.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, el senador Carlos Fernando Motoa (Cambio Radical) destac\u00f3 las 67 modificaciones realizadas a la justicia en los \u00faltimos 20 a\u00f1os, muchas de ellas contradictorias. \u00abVotamos en 2019 por la cadena perpetua para delitos contra menores; necesitamos coherencia y confianza en el sistema judicial\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>La procuradora Margarita Cabello enfatiz\u00f3 que el sistema sigue lejos de responder a las necesidades jur\u00eddicas del colombiano promedio, mientras que la fiscal Luz Adriana Camargo alert\u00f3 sobre el impacto del crimen organizado en el delito de extorsi\u00f3n.
