{"id":79591,"date":"2024-12-08T04:35:54","date_gmt":"2024-12-08T09:35:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=79591"},"modified":"2024-12-08T04:35:54","modified_gmt":"2024-12-08T09:35:54","slug":"entregado-proyecto-de-ley-de-economia-popular","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/entregado-proyecto-de-ley-de-economia-popular\/","title":{"rendered":"Entregado proyecto de ley de econom\u00eda popular"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Varios congresistas del Pacto Hist\u00f3rico unificaron iniciativas para presentar un proyecto de ley ante la C\u00e1mara de Representantes que busca regular y fortalecer la econom\u00eda popular y comunitaria en Colombia, garantizando su sostenibilidad y mayor visibilidad.<\/p>\n<p>El representante Andr\u00e9s Cancimance destac\u00f3 la relevancia de este sector, conformado por peque\u00f1as empresas familiares y asociativas que generan el 70% del empleo nacional. \u00abEs una econom\u00eda invisibilizada, y por eso es urgente que el Estado la fortalezca\u00bb, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>La representante Tamara Argote enfatiz\u00f3 la necesidad de dotar a esta econom\u00eda de herramientas, formaci\u00f3n y acceso a tecnolog\u00eda. \u00abEste proyecto articula medidas estatales en conocimiento, financiamiento y cr\u00e9ditos, adem\u00e1s de aprovechar los saberes tradicionales\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto propone la creaci\u00f3n del Fondo Nacional para la Econom\u00eda Popular y Comunitaria, que facilitar\u00e1 apoyo crediticio a sus actores. Seg\u00fan la representante Dorina Hern\u00e1ndez, el acceso a cr\u00e9dito es uno de los mayores desaf\u00edos de este sector, cuyos integrantes a menudo recurren al \u00abgota a gota\u00bb con altos intereses y carecen de protecci\u00f3n en salud y seguridad social.<\/p>\n<p>La iniciativa tambi\u00e9n incluye medidas para garantizar derechos laborales, seguridad social y acceso a riesgos laborales para los trabajadores de estas econom\u00edas.
