La proposici\u00f3n, promovida por el vicepresidente de la C\u00e1mara, Jorge Tovar, fue aprobada con 75 votos a favor y 27 en contra, en rechazo a la negativa del r\u00e9gimen venezolano de presentar las actas de las elecciones presidenciales del 28 de julio.<\/p>\n<p>Jorge Tovar, hijo del exjefe paramilitar Rodrigo Tovar Pupo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que asistir al evento ser\u00eda reconocer t\u00e1citamente lo que calific\u00f3 como un \u201crobo del siglo democr\u00e1tico\u201d. Seg\u00fan Tovar, el gobierno de Maduro es ileg\u00edtimo, y sin la publicaci\u00f3n de las actas electorales, Colombia no puede respaldar su reelecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En respuesta, el presidente Petro afirm\u00f3 que la C\u00e1mara de Representantes est\u00e1 excediendo sus funciones. \u201cEl presidente es el responsable constitucional de las relaciones exteriores de Colombia. Invito al Congreso a no invadir la esfera constitucional del presidente\u201d, escribi\u00f3 en su cuenta de X, a\u00f1adiendo que decidir\u00e1 en su momento si asistir\u00e1 o no al evento en Caracas.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, el canciller Luis Gilberto Murillo reiter\u00f3 que la posici\u00f3n del gobierno colombiano es clara: \u201csi no hay actas, no hay reconocimiento\u201d. Aunque Petro ya recibi\u00f3 la invitaci\u00f3n oficial para la posesi\u00f3n de Maduro, el gobierno indic\u00f3 que responder\u00e1 en el momento adecuado.<\/p>\n<p>La reelecci\u00f3n de Nicol\u00e1s Maduro ha sido ampliamente cuestionada a nivel internacional, con numerosos gobiernos exigiendo mayor transparencia en los resultados electorales.
