Este avance legislativo busca fortalecer la justicia agraria en Colombia, como parte de los compromisos del Acuerdo Final de Paz.<\/p>\n<p>La ministra de Agricultura, Martha Carvajalino, destac\u00f3 la importancia de este logro, se\u00f1alando que permitir\u00e1 reconstruir el derecho agrario en Colombia. \u00abEste es un paso hacia un campo productivo y en paz, donde la agricultura sea un motor de la econom\u00eda\u00bb, afirm\u00f3. Adem\u00e1s, subray\u00f3 que esta medida busca administrar justicia en el campo, superando su asociaci\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica con la guerra.<\/p>\n<p>La senadora Paloma Valencia tambi\u00e9n valor\u00f3 los esfuerzos de concertaci\u00f3n que permitieron construir un proyecto conjunto con el respaldo de diferentes fuerzas pol\u00edticas. \u00abEs un ejemplo de lo que se puede lograr por un pa\u00eds. Este di\u00e1logo permiti\u00f3 un proyecto en el que todos quedamos tranquilos\u00bb, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>La Jurisdicci\u00f3n Agraria otorgar\u00e1 a jueces y magistrados la capacidad exclusiva para resolver conflictos relacionados con derechos sobre predios agrarios, servidumbres, nulidades agrarias, uso del suelo rural y contratos agrarios, entre otros.
